PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY

Pre-payment is required by Bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Once booking is confirmed we will send you by email all details for payment.

For June, July, August & September only multiple of 7 nights bookings are accepted.

For booking periods of longer than 7 nights, please note it could mean changing of villas. Please confirm with Fairways Direct to see if this will be necessary phone: +351 289 357 667 or email to reservations@fairwaysdirect.com

50 % of the total cost of the booking is due as a deposit within 14 days of the date of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that the resort reserves the right to refuse admittance should the total cost of booking not be remitted prior to arrival at the resort.

Full payment is due immediately for any bookings made less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations must be received in writing or by e-mail or Fax (e-mail: reservations@fairwaysdirect.com; Fax: +351 289 396 286).

In the event of a cancellation after a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 42 days Forfeiture of Deposit
• 42 - 29 days 60% of the total amount is payable
• 28 - 15 days 70% of the total amount is payable
• 14 - 1 days 90% of the total amount is payable
• For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival date the rental will be charged in full.

 

NON ARRIVALS

Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking 24 hours after the due arrival date unless the client informs Fairways Direct of a new arrival date within the original booking dates.
