Make a bid for the week(s) and villa of your choice. You can bid the asking price or make a lower bid. Some sellers are willing to negotiate a fair price. We will do the negotiating for you.
Just fill out the form of your choice with your offer. Relax and wait for our response.
Once a price is agreed upon for the home you will enter a 3-week period. The first 2 weeks is your cooling off period where you can cancel the agreement at any time.
We do not take down payments on purchase, so no money is accepted at this stage. The last week is when the full amount is due. The only additional cost on top of the purchase price is the legal fee of £220.00.
You only need to sign the paperwork you receive by mail and return it to us. All transactions can be done by mail and email.
Once the paperwork is processed by the Trustees, you will receive a club certificate as proof of ownership.
