Fairways Direct are the official resale representatives of Four Seasons Fairways.
We sell weeks on behalf of the members of the Four Seasons Fairways private member Club.
Four Seasons Fairways is a luxury resort located in the heart of the Algarve's most prestigious urbanisation, Quinta do Lago, just a short drive from Faro International Airport.
Our 68 villas and 55 luxury apartments combine Portuguese architecture with beautifully designed mature gardens. Each unit is fully equipped, including swimming pool or jacuzzi and BBQ area on a private terrace or garden.
In the Clubhouse you will find a heated outdoor pool, outdoor children's pool, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, gym, snooker room, golf shop, internet room, hairdresser & beauty salon, and during school holidays, the kids' club offers activities for children between 4 and 12 years old. The bar and restaurants offer a weekly entertainment programme. There are also 2 tennis courts.
There are 2 types of memberships.
Weekly membership. You can purchase one or more weeks.
You pay a one-time purchase price and then there is an annual management fee. In this fee everything is included, and you know exactly what your annual holiday will cost in terms of accommodation.
The membership is in perpetuity and can be sold or rented at anytime.
The second type of membership is a 6-week package.
Here you choose from two fixed weeks, which from the moment of purchase are always the same weeks.
Further you have 4 flexible weeks each year.
Every year you give 3 choices of 2 weeks in mid-season and 3 choices of 2 weeks in the low season.

The weeks we have for sale are from owners who want to sell for various reasons.
Prices vary depending on the time of year and the type of unit.
To get an idea of prices and availability, you can search by week and villa type, and you can also search by villa.
If you click on a particular villa, you will see the weeks for sale in that villa and the requested prices.
Currently there are very few weeks for sale and if you cannot find what you are interested in, please let us know what you are looking for and we can contact you as soon as it becomes available.
